Some active Year 7s signed up for a one-on-one basketball contest last Friday – the first House challenge our College has hosted this year.
Hosted over four courts, the challenge gave students the chance to pit their skills against opposing house peers in a quick first-to-three round robin.
Event organiser Phil Waddy said the College was working within COVID restrictions to deliver fun activities for students.
“It’s trying times right now and it is important to us to make sure our students still get to enjoy their high school days, despite the rules and regulations tightening,” he said.
The contest will be held again this Friday, giving more Year 7s the chance to participate and culminating in the announcement of our Champion Year 7 One V One Basketballer.
