Comet Bay College honoured our fallen veterans in various ways for Remembrance Day.
Sprigs of rosemary were made available to all staff and students to wear, and the College paused at 11am for a delivery of The Last Post, courtesy of Year 7 student Ronan Pryer on trumpet.
Teachers incorporated Remembrance Day activities in their day’s classes and three of our students sold paper poppies at Secret Harbour Square to benefit the Returned Services League (RSL) Rockingham sub-branch.
A group of students from Mother Teresa Catholic College also visited the College to enjoy a tour of our Australian Military History Museum, as part of their Remembrance Day activities.
