Three Comet Bay College students attended a Defence Force Recruiting Women in Leadership Forum earlier this month at the Pagoda Resort in Como.
The Leadership Forum highlighted what female leadership looks like today, provided guidance on the foundations and development of leadership, and provided guests with the chance to discuss leadership and military experiences with female Australian Defence Force leaders.
Defence School Mentor Claire Hunt described the presentations as “inspiring.”
“The question and answer session gave the students attending the opportunity to delve deeper into tangible steps to take towards gaining leadership opportunities,” she said.
