Comet Bay College farewelled its Class of 2022 in a special assembly earlier this month.
Families and friends joined teaching staff and younger students to bid a final goodbye to the graduates at their last school-based event.
Year 12 Associate Dean Student Support Justin Holt addressed the students, thanking them for the memories and wishing them well in all future endeavours. It was also an opportunity to reflect on some of the fun times the cohort had enjoyed together, reminiscing about Ball dance-offs, the perils of learning to drive and honouring the year group’s best mullet.
Student Captains Latrell Wamae and Owen Reece-Dyke also spoke for the final time, thanking teachers for their support and acknowledging the role they played in “shaping the people we are today”.
We wish all our 2022 Leavers the very best for their future pursuits, and send good luck to those preparing for their upcoming WACE exams.
