“What does the world need from me?” That’s the question Comet Bay College students are being encouraged to ponder as part of our National Careers Week celebrations.
Students will be shown a range of videos throughout the week promoting careers that link to their studies.
Careers Practitioner Katy Vipond said she hoped the videos started conversations about future pathways.
“It’s never too early for students to start thinking about what they like to do and where that can lead them,” Miss Vipond said.
“There is a very strong link between the curriculum and careers, and we want students to see what they are learning in class is relevant to many job opportunities in the real world.”
