Our 2022 School to Employment Program (STEP) students visited Optus Stadium recently as part of their induction into the vocational pathway.
The students were given a tour of the grounds to explore the range of job opportunities and industries that operate within the venue, including hospitality, horticulture, entertainment, retail, customer service, electrical, lighting and security.
STEP Teacher Theresa Jennings said the Year 10 students were excited to dive into their career journey.
“We’ve got a really enthusiastic group of students and we’re all excited to see where this STEP pathway will take them,” she said.
