Congratulations to our Year 8 and 9 basketballers who are off to the finals of the School Sport WA Junior Basketball Competition!
Comet Bay College entered two teams in the Harbour/Peel Carnival which was held this week at the Mike Barnett Sports Complex, where the top two teams qualified for a berth in September’s Southern River finals.
Teacher Sam Mainwaring said he was proud of the efforts of all students who delivered a strong representation for the College.
“Our first team finished second after losing just one match all day, followed closely by our second team in third,” he said.
“It was a tremendous effort by all and showcased the quality and strength of our Basketball program here at the College.”
