A group of our Year 9 students got the opportunity to ask tough questions about climate change, decriminalising cannabis and reducing the legal voting age when Greens Party candidate Rob Delves visited Comet Bay College recently.
The post-election visit gave students insight into Rob’s duties as a candidate and the workload during election campaigns.
Students got to ask Rob’s opinion about hot topics, including Premier Mark McGowan’s handling of COVID-19, as well as share some of their own.
The students are currently studying Civics and Citizenship.
