Aboriginal painting and Chinese dragon dancing were just two of the activities students could participate in during Harmony Day fun across the College campus.
The events, planned by our Positive Culture Team and Aboriginal and Islander Education Officer Lee-Anne Hay, were designed to broaden students’ knowledge of cultural traditions.
Harmony Day is a national event which promotes diversity and acceptance of other cultures, and coincides with the United Nations International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. This year’s theme was Everyone Belongs.
