Comet Bay College’s Positive Culture Team (PCT) has had to put many of our school’s activities on hold during the COVID-19 pandemic but will continue to spread cheer and promote inclusiveness online.
Until restrictions on group gatherings are lifted, PCT will host assemblies online via CONNECT, rewarding students for demonstrating the Term Two Super Vowel ‘E for Effort’.
Dean of Positive Culture Team Kelly Hulin said it was important to stay connected with all students despite the restrictions.
“Whether students are here on campus or continuing their studies at home, we want to recognise their hard work and achievements,” she said.
“Term Two’s focus on Effort is particularly important at times like this, and we want to encourage all students to do their personal best.”
PCT’s online platform will also provide opportunities for students to earn VIVOs, participate in innovative House challenges, receive messages from staff and deliver new and unusual ways to keep up-to-date and informed about what’s happening in the Comet Bay College community.
