Our Year 8 Food Technology students put a gourmet twist on a breakfast favourite recently when they learned to cook French toast.
The students served their toast with yoghurt and fruit, and focussed on presentation.
Associate Dean of Technologies Nikki French said her students were very proud of their creations.
“There were some very impressive ideas about how to use different shapes and colours to present their dishes,” she said.
“Perhaps they can put their new skills into practise at home and treat their parents to a gourmet breakfast!”
