INVESTING IN OUR TEACHERS
The fourth cohort of Comet Bay College teaching staff has recently completed an innovative program which focuses on building instructional capacity in teachers for improved learning outcomes.
The Advanced Instructional Intelligence Program is a five-day, spaced program conducted throughout the year which aims to reinforce the College’s unique instructional model for teaching and learning.
“Comet Bay College is leading the way with this level of teacher growth,” Associate Principal Jo Harmer said.
“Every teacher felt their teaching practice had improved as a result of this program.
“We are committed to achieving successful learning outcomes in every learning area across the College, and the Advanced Instructional Intelligence Program equips our staff with the skills they need to deliver this.”
