On the 4th of June, the Certificate II Customer Engagement students were involved in an excursion to Perth CBD. The students firstly visited Perth Institute of Contemporary Art (PICA) in Northbridge. Students were shown a tour of the current art displays, including a display that was made entirely out of Cheezels! Students then enjoyed lunch in the CBD, where they reviewed customer engagement techniques they had studied in class.
