Comet Bay College students performed at the Maritime Day festival in Fremantle on Saturday 27 October 2018. Year 11 students Ethan Lamont and Tilarny Trute and also Year 10 Nasman Dovovan did a fantastic job entertaining the crowds, performing near B Shed at Fremantle Ports.
Over 14,000 people attended this annual event, with representatives from the Maritime Industry and a large Navy presence. There was entertainment, information booths, interactive displays and family-friendly activities.
Year 9 student Tyron Powles also participated on the day, marching in ceremonial uniform with his Navy Cadet unit TS Anzac. It is inspiring to see our students excel in community events and activities. Keep up the great work!
