Brisbane Lions former player come midfield coach Simon Black visited the college last week, to conduct a training session with our Australian Football Specialist Program participants.
It was an exciting day for the squad, as the training session with the Norm Smith medalist was filmed by 9 News Perth. Simon has opened two Australian Rules Academy’s located in Victoria and Queensland and is looking to establish one here in Western Australia.
The (Simon Black Australian Rules) Academy is open to all and is not restricted to elite players. The program is designed to develop you into an elite player. Each day you will participate in football skills related training, strength and speed training, nutrition and wellbeing programs, in conjunction with weekly business and fitness study in a flexible learning environment.
