The growth and development of children has been a strong focus of study for Comet Bay College’s Year 11 Children, Family and Community students.
Throughout Term 3, the students have been treated to a number of visits from community members with infants and young children.
Home Economics teacher Nicole French said students were able to hold the babies and the hands-on experience was vital to their studies.
“The students have loved interacting with the children and have learnt so much about the differences in development and parenting styles,” she said.
