Barista Academy

Our Barista Academy offers Upper School students the chance to earn certified accreditation in hospitality while gaining hands-on experience. Students manage all aspects of a before-school café, from preparing drinks and food to customer service and operations. They develop valuable hospitality and life skills, preparing them for future employment opportunities. At the end of the course, students earn certification and can even complete an external training excursion. 

Criminology

The course also analyses group dynamics, focusing on psychological concepts like conformity and obedience within gangs and cults.
