The Warrior Program helps young people improve emotional regulation and manage anger and stress safely. It promotes emotional awareness, recognising and coping with anger triggers, emotional well-being, self-confidence, positive self-talk, and goal setting. Delivered through practical training under “The Warrior Code,” the program emphasises self-discipline, honour, and service. Topics include finding shelter, food, camouflage, basic first aid, battle tactics, equipment care, teamwork, and recognizing friends and foes, with extensive use of laser tag equipment. The code of conduct requires punctuality, participation, attentive listening, positive influence, safe behaviour, respect for others and equipment, and adherence to safety rules to ensure a collaborative and successful environment.
