Comet Bay College’s annual Parent Teacher Interviews is an important avenue for parents/guardians seeking more information about their child’s progress, strengths, and areas for improvement. The interviews are scheduled following the release of Semester One progress reports, and create a collaborative opportunity for parents and teachers to develop strategies to support the student's learning and address any concerns.
Online and Face-to-Face options
Parents can choose either an online or phone interview in our morning session, or attend the College for face-to-face interviews with staff in the afternoon.
Timetabled classes will not be running and students do not attend the College on the Parent Teacher Interview day. However, they are welcome to attend the interviews with their parents/guardians.
PARENT TEACHER INTERVIEW BOOKINGS
Parent Teacher Interviews can be booked via Compass Conferences, and will open on Wednesday 29 July 2026 at 6.00pm.
Appointments will be allocated in 10-minute blocks to allow staff to meet with as many parents as possible.
Please note: You will need your child’s Semester One report and/or names of the relevant teachers you wish to meet with in order to book appointments. Parents/guardians wanting to meet with Semester Two teachers should reach out via phone or email to arrange an interview at another time.
