Comet Bay College student Nathan Stacey raced in his friends boat (Ryan Binedell’s S97) called the “Low Flying Duck”, winning his division in the ‘Pot of Gold Weekend’ recently. This was Nathan’s first time doing double handed racing and he is one of the youngest to ever do this type of racing, in this type of race.
Like most successful sportsmen, Nathan has developed his skills with great dedication and commitment to his training regime. Congratulations Nathan for your efforts and we wish you luck in chasing your dream of participating at an international level.
The smallest boat in the offshore race in Perth set the standard with a superb display of tactics and boat handling skills.
