Comet Bay College welcomed more than 200 Year 5s to our campus today for their annual Orientation Day.
The students, who came from our three feeder primary schools – Comet Bay Primary School, Secret Harbour Primary School and Golden Bay Primary School – enjoyed a taste of high school, spending time in different learning areas and sampling different subjects.
They baked biscuits in Home Economics, made challenging wood puzzles in Design and Technologies, put their best foot forward in Dance, tried to stay focussed in photography and learned how to light a fire in our RISK survival skills program.
Guided by our dedicated staff and student leaders, there were plenty of smiles all round. We hope you all had a fabulous day!
