One of our Nautilus Club students, Kasey Pryer (Year 5), was recently crowned the Subs in Schools State Champion for 2021.
The competition was run by Marine Industry School Pathways Program in conjunction with Re-Engineering Australia. It required students to build an underwater, remote-operated vehicle, market the product, set up a trade booth and deliver a presentation about their product to a panel of judges.
Kasey achieved outstanding success, winning the primary level division. She also managed to outscore the Year 7-9 secondary participants to take the State title.
A fabulous result for another exceptional student from Comet Bay College. Well done, Kasey!
