Three of our Gifted and Talented students have achieved fantastic results in this year’s Australian Maths Trust Maths Enrichment competition.
Congratulations to Year 7s Ronan Pryer and Taymaz Khezri and Year 8 Antony Scarparo who each received a Certificate of Distinction for their efforts in the national contest.
The competition sets a series of challenging problems for students to complete each week over a 12-week period.
Dean of Mathematics Michelle Wood said the students showed dedication to their studies by tackling the three-month challenge.
Credits were also received by Year 7s Ansuman Shrestha and Maia Hughes and Year 8 Jake New.
