Girls on our Student Leadership Team put their heads together to come up with creative ways to celebrate International Women’s Day at the College.
Music from female artists were broadcast through the College’s radio and the students recorded motivational messages from inspiring women to play between songs.
The students also put on a celebratory morning tea for all staff and decorated our staffroom with images and messages from some of the world’s most renowned female leaders.
International Women’s Day was celebrated today and this year’s theme, Choose to Challenge, aims to inspire gender equality and raise awareness against bias.
