Hall of Honour
A special part of our Military History Museum is our Hall of Honour.
Framed photographs of our former students, parents, staff, extended family and local community members who have served or are currently serving in the Australian Defence Force are permanently displayed in the school museum’s hallway.
This year, the addition of a virtual Memorial will link with the photographs on the wall to show their service history, other photographs and their story. Students and community visitors to the museum will be able to click on their file on the iPads provided to read more about their history.
More information will be provided about this project soon. We already have over 40 service histories of those in our Hall of Honour, and when the Virtual Memorial is online it will be announced on the school’s Facebook page.
Students and visitors to the museum are welcome to add to our Gratitude Wall.
Small cards and paper poppies with hand written messages of gratitude and remembrance have been displayed in honour of those serving, past and present.
