WA Schools Mountain Bike Championships

Comet Bay College students Ethan Palmer, Corey Hacking and Fin Walker are representing our college as a team entry in the 2017 WA Schools Mountain Bike Championships.

They have been friends for several years and all share the passion for mountain biking. This will be the first time however that they have competed together as a team.

The course that they will complete in the championship is approximately 12kms long and the estimated race time is usually 45-60mins. Tough going on a very physical course.

We wish them good luck in the competition.

Corey Hacking

Corey has been riding for about a year and this is his first mountain bike riding competition.

Ethan Palmer

Ethan is in Year 7. He has been racing for 2-3 years and is looking forward to the competition.

Fin Walker

Fin is in Year 8. He is a member of the Perth Mountain Bike Club and was placed 9th in the under 15 year old category following the last round of competitions.
