In Term Two a group of our students from Years 7, 8, 10 and 11 participated in the challenging 2017 Australian Geography Competition. This year the Competition saw an increase in participation numbers compared to 2016 with more than 70, 000 students from over 740 schools taking up the challenge.
We are pleased to announce that this year our students achieved the school’s best results in comparison to historical data. This achievement demonstrates the capacity of these student to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills at the same time as think geographically and mathematically.
